Welcome to the Denver Ladies Social Club website ("Site"). These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Site and any services provided by the Denver Ladies Social Club ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
1. Use of the Site
1.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
1.2 Account Registration: To access certain features of the Site, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.
1.3 Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to:

2. Membership and Events
2.1 Membership: Membership to the Denver Ladies Social Club may require payment of fees. By registering for a membership, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Memberships are personal and non-transferable.
2.2 Events: We organize various events for our members. Event registration may require payment of fees. By registering for an event, you agree to pay all applicable fees. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events at our discretion.
3. Payments and Refunds
3.1 Payment Methods: We accept payment via credit card and other methods as indicated on the Site. By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your purchase.
3.2 Refunds: All membership fees and event registration fees are non-refundable, except as required by law or as otherwise stated on the Site.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Ownership: The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by the Denver Ladies Social Club, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
4.2 License: Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use.
4.3 Restrictions: You shall not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Site or any content available on the Site
- Use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences, or any graphics separately from the accompanying text
- Delete or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from copies of materials from the Site
5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
5.1 Disclaimer of Warranties: The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site is free of viruses or other harmful components.
Refund Policy
For our Social Club events, refunds are available up to 72 hours before the event. Due to culinary and beverage planning, we are unable to offer refunds after this time. Additionally, there is no option to save the ticket for future events. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
